Hitch & Trailers of Fort Myers, Inc was founded in 1974 as Trailers of Fort Myers.
The original focus was as a manufacturer of open utility, equipment, car hauler and custom build open trailers. In 1989 we
added the installation of hitches, 5th wheels and goosenecks From Reese, Hidden Hitch and Da'Lan. We also specialize in the
installation of towing systems from Roadmaster and Remco.
We now also carry Blue Ox towing systems. In 2003 we moved to a new location and
added Rocket boat trailers to our line up. In 2006 we became a dealer for Wells Cargo trailers. In 2011 we were made to move
out of our facilities on Six Mile Cypress Pkwy. We are in the process of searching for a new location that will be suitable
for our customers' needs.
Our service department specializes in the repair of the axles, brakes and road lighting
systems on utility, cargo, boat and RV trailers.
